Havnar kirkja
The first church was built in Tórshavn in 1609 Úti á Reyn, the second church was built in 1788 við Bryggjubakka. This is the church that is still standing today, though it was completely rebuilt in 1865.
The church has been the faroese cathedral since 1990. The history around the church is a great way, to understand faroese history, especially regarding Tórshavn
